You pay per case, plus a one-off setup.
No base fee, no licence per person, no cost per location. Velorio costs something when you use it to handle a death — and correspondingly less in a quiet month.
What that means over a year
At 120 cases handled that comes to CHF 828.– per year. For comparison: a single case brings a funeral service between CHF 3,000 and CHF 6,000, depending on its scope.

A case arises as soon as you carry a death forward in Velorio in earnest. Drafts that come to nothing are not billed.
What does an additional location or team member cost?
Nothing. Locations and staff are not part of the bill — only the cases you handle.
How is it billed?
Monthly in arrears, by the number of cases handled. No payment up front, no credits that expire.
Is there a minimum term?
No. A month without a case costs nothing, and you can stop at any time.
What happens to our data if we stop?
You receive your case data and documents in a common format so you can take them with you. The data is then deleted as agreed.
